AllisonJanney

Allison Janney Gifts A Showstopper

Academy Award-winning actress Allison Janney asked us to help Ilana, her assistant and friend of 20 years, have a new space for her family to enjoy. We took one look and knew what had to be done: flip the kitchen and dining room to create a stunning family island, an intimate space for meals and a wine cabinet to die for.

Justin Hartley’s Backyard Bombshell

Actor Justin Hartley wanted our help to give his buddy Mat a new outdoor space for his entire family to enjoy. Everybody in the pool!

Melissa McCarthy’s Hero Home Makeover

Actress Melissa McCarthy headed to Chicago to give back to her Aunt Connie and Uncle Jim, both retired police officers. We worked to created an upstairs retreat where Connie could cook and entertain, and a downstairs man cave equipped with all the comforts Jim deserved.

LeAnn Rimes’ Lifesaving Thank You

Singer LeAnn Rimes wanted to thank her friend and counselor Roger, who had been there for her in some of the toughest times of her life, by giving him the indoor-outdoor kitchen he had always wanted. We were thrilled to help create a space where Roger would enjoy hosting all his loved ones and treating them to his culinary creations.

Rainn Wilson Surprises His Nanny

Actor Rainn Wilson wanted to surprise longtime family friend and nanny, Leslie, with a home makeover. With his patented deadpan humor, deep kindness and alarmingly extensive range of Viking weaponry, Rainn worked with us to completely update Leslie’s home with a new kitchen, living and dining areas, deck and a little something extra outside.

Kris Jenner’s Backyard Retreat Surprise

Entrepreneur and celebrity icon Kris Jenner wanted to help her friend Lisa, who had recently moved back into the neighborhood after her husband passed away. Lisa’s home was in a great location, but she didn’t have the time or ability to work on her yard, which was almost entirely vacant (save for an empty swimming pool). We figured Kris had a few family members she could call on for help, and they definitely delivered: Kim Kardashian and Kendall Jenner were ready to step in and help Kris give Lisa the yard of her dreams.

CIOU 208 Kevin Hart working

Kevin Hart’s Heartfelt Surprise

A life-threatening car wreck left comedian and actor Kevin Hart learning how to walk again—and with him every step of the way was his trainer and friend, Boss. Now recovered, Kevin wanted to thank Boss by transforming his rundown back house into a hangout, chill space and barbershop. We got in there with Kevin to give this place a full renovation worthy of Boss and Kevin’s friendship.

A Forever Home for Avery

Sam and Jeremy’s Forever Home is in the neighborhood where Sam grew up, with her mom right around the corner. Six-year-old daughter Avery gets visits from Grandma every day, but the home’s cramped, closed-off layout no longer works for their family. With spunky Avery’s help, tool belt, and personal wish list, we tackled the entry, living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom, leaving Jeremy and Sam with a fresh, bright home where Avery can celebrate birthdays for years to come.

From Chaos to Calm

Keri and Andrew found the perfect home for their large family, with her parents around the corner and plenty of space in the house—but they needed to make it functional for their family’s future. We stepped in to give a bright, airy transformation to the grand front entry, living room, dining room and kitchen, so that this awesome family will have a timeless Forever Home for years to come.

Old Neighborhood, New House

Keri and Andrew found the perfect home for their large family, with her parents around the corner and plenty of space in the house—but they needed to make it functional for their family’s future. We stepped in to give a bright, airy transformation to the grand front entry, living room, dining room and kitchen, so that this awesome family will have a timeless Forever Home for years to come.

From the Big Apple to Vegas

Brian and Kelly were heart-and-soul New Yorkers living in a 550-square-foot apartment, but when they had their miracle baby, they packed their bags and moved to a family home in the Las Vegas suburbs. The house has a beautiful yard and plenty of room, but the main floor needs an adjustment to check all the boxes. Brian is a world-renowned mixologist, Kelly is a talented cook, and they needed space for both! We transformed the entire main floor and the play area to give this special family a fresh start in their Forever Home.

Room to Move

Fate brought Fanny and Cooper together: They were born in the same hospital and grew up in the same town, but didn’t meet and fall in love until they were in their 20’s. The next thing they fell in love with was a charming vintage L.A. bungalow. The house worked for Fanny and Cooper as a couple, but with the addition of their two young kids, the house’s choppy layout and a few no-longer-minor issues, the house wasn’t functioning for them. We transformed the family room, dining room, kitchen and main ensuite to give Fanny and Cooper room to move, so their Forever Home can grow with their family.

The Future Looks Bright

Jen and Alex love their 1940s L.A. home: It’s full of character and still has some of the original features, but its closed-off layout is no longer functioning for the growing family. We tackled the living room, dining room, kitchen, mudroom and backyard to give Jen and Alex a clean, bright transformation that embraces both the past and the present.

First Home to Forever Home

A’amna and Ibrahim are an adorable newlywed couple who had lost out on several houses in the hot L.A. market before finally landing their home. They liked the space but were not big fans of the dated interior, which included several mirrors and a kitchen that wasn’t conducive to their love of food and family. We were ready to get these lovebirds into their nest with a full renovation of their entryway, living room, kitchen and dining space, so they could focus on building a new life and family together.
