It’s no surprise that James and Crystal want to stay in their charming single-story home rather than moving: In the 17 years they’ve lived there, they’ve raised 30 kids and made countless memories. But in order to function for this special family, the house needed a lot more space, style, and storage. With the couple’s approval, we created a stunning new kitchen, a dining space for 12, and two separate entertaining areas. And throughout the home, we made sure to incorporate kid-friendly decor, like a graphic rug in the living room to hide potential stains and custom shelving for toys and picture frames.
