Entrepreneur and celebrity icon Kris Jenner wanted to help her friend Lisa, who had recently moved back into the neighborhood after her husband passed away. Lisa’s home was in a great location, but she didn’t have the time or ability to work on her yard, which was almost entirely vacant (save for an empty swimming pool). We figured Kris had a few family members she could call on for help, and they definitely delivered: Kim Kardashian and Kendall Jenner were ready to step in and help Kris give Lisa the yard of her dreams.

KITCHEN CONFIDENCE
We gave Lisa everything she could ever want in an indoor kitchen … and then we brought it all outdoors. And added a double fridge. And an amazing grill. With our sintered stone countertops paired with the bucolic Southern California weather, Lisa’s kitchen will become the oasis she needs to achieve the tranquility she deserves.
POOL RELOCATION
Lisa had a pool — or, as Drew called it, a cesspool — that we initially discussed repairing. Drew and Kris had other plans, however: relocating the pool area to the back of the property, and using the current pool space for entertaining. While Jonathan wasn’t initially thrilled with the drastic change, it was the right call, and now Lisa has a beautiful new pool and seating area suited for having friends over anytime. As for that old pool space …
AS OLIVE AND BREATHE
… we turned the previous pool location into a beautiful backyard seating area, complete with outdoor fireplace. This previously barren lot now is filled with a canopy of olive trees. Now she can relax by the fire on a brisk autumn evening under a warm blanket and the companionship of her favorite trees.
